Walking VS Running:

Many people think running is better than walking. As a truthful and sincere concern towards human life and it development, the following logical concept is described and left to the understanding and own self analysis of the reader.

In physical sense, running burns more calories and exercises muscles more. But considering running as a regular exercise for human development,

Whether it is intelligent to add more calories to body and burn back it every day Is it intelligent to eat more, utilize more of earth resources, also adding more work to the internal body organs from stomach, digestive glands, excess burden for lungs to inhale more oxygen to oxidise the food, excess energy in circulating and assimilating these nutrients all over body and again exhausting these energy by running heavily…is it intelligent or a burden to body.

Whether it is healthy to do rigorous exercise to muscles by running every day Whether our body can withstand such rigorous running regularly.

It consumes lot of time as it needs more relaxation time, more concern for taking food to make up the burnt out energy, It makes life such that body and its muscle development becomes a goal rather than body facilitating mans goal. Also what about its affectivity when compared to yoga and walking..to be known from people who are practising yoga , walking regularly…

Running is essential only for those who over eat and want to build muscles but running never to maintain good healthy body with generally toned muscles, for which walking and yoga are sufficient. This is applicable for those who spend much time and have already spent much life time in gym, running , etc and NOT FOR people who lack physical exercise already…They have to first try jogging, running, walking ,yoga every thing as per their life style and emerge out of their own solution after following it for some time
